Established in 2011, Aerotree Flight Services has grown into a leading Malaysian company known for its defence-related aviation training, Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), aviation development, and other industry-related services.
The company holds numerous certifications and licences from government, private, and military authorities, including the Air Service Permit (ASP) and CAAM Part 145 from Malaysia’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAAM), Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) from the Directorate General Technical Airworthiness (DGTA) in Malaysia and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in Indonesia, as well as ISO 9001:2015 certification for maintenance and service provisions.

Founder Of AFS (Aerotree Flight Services)
Founder of Aerotree Flight Services (AFS), Dato’ Hajjah Norida binti Hamzah, has extensive experience in the aviation industry. She is strongly committed to overseeing the company’s operations and driving its expansion, positioning AFS among the emerging market leaders.
As a passionate leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in successful management, Dato’ Norida earned the title of the ‘Jet Lady’ and was recognised as a Leading Female Entrepreneur in the aviation sector. In her earlier roles, she founded Norida Cable & Construction, establishing a benchmark for herself as a Class A Contractor.
Dato’ Norida’s extensive expertise and strong rapport with the Malaysian Government, coupled with her more than 30 years of experience in aviation and defense, have been pivotal in securing prestigious, long-term contracts with the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).
